Getting started
New arrivals receive the Visitor role automatically. Read the Rules and Role Directory, follow Visitor Announcements, and use Recruitment when you are ready to apply. Accepted applicants receive Recruit access through the application process.
Membership
Member Hub contains onboarding, introductions, optional Roblox profile details, personal records, and training history. Clan Roster reflects current Discord standings and recorded workflow history.
Advancement
Officers may recommend eligible members for promotion. Command leadership reviews the recommendation in Command Chat and records the final outcome.
Community tools
Meridian supports announcements, events, training sessions, polls, clip voting, music, officer availability, Quick Forms, and structured feedback. Permanent Components V2 dashboards provide the correct action for each workflow.
Quick Forms
Officers can publish a guided form with one to five questions, an optional audience role, and a private response destination. Responses are acknowledged, resolved, and exportable without creating another channel.
Feedback
The Feedback dashboard offers Bot, Server, Officer, and General routes. Officer feedback includes a current-officer selector and is delivered privately to Command Chat; the selected officer receives no automatic access.
Support and appeals
The Support dashboard offers general assistance, private member reports, and moderation appeals. A private channel is created for the requester and assigned officers. Closing a case records the outcome and provides a visual transcript.
Officer operations
Officer Workspace presents role-specific queues and tools. Native role permissions remain minimal; Meridian verifies the acting officer’s current roles before protected operations and records consequential actions.
Privacy and records
Profile linking is optional. Support evidence, applications, officer feedback, and internal case records are routed only to authorized spaces. Meridian stores the minimum workflow information required to operate and audit these systems.
